I have finally had the chance to think about my blog! It has been a verrrry busy time since last November (my last entry!) here are some of the things ive been up to:
- Filmed the content for my upcoming DVD’s (due to be released this year!)
- Changed the business name to Body Temple Dance Company along with a completely new web site! Check it out www.BodyTempleDance.com
- Created and refined a new format ” The Body Temple Format” which i am realllly excited about. I also had a great time training Sonia Jewer to teach Level One- Congratulations Sonia!
As always im busy with my beautiful son Kuan who has just started school- wow where has the year gone???!!
Thankfully i have Kuan and our lovely chickens to help me stay grounded!
